"We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but we've decided never to return. We really wanted to give this place a chance because we enjoyed the crepes and the eggs were consistently cooked well. Unfortunately, the service has declined. On several occasions, our server appeared confused, frequently bringing us the wrong orders or nothing at all. The situation in the kitchen was even worse; on one visit, the chef sat at the table next to us, watching a loud TV show on his phone while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. When we expressed our intent not to return, they responded nonchalantly. The customer service and overall atmosphere are lacking. I give it two stars because the food is decent. They had better staff before the pandemic, so hopefully they can improve their training for both the kitchen and waitstaff. I often drive past and feel sad, recalling the great experiences we had when they first opened."
