"This was our first visit to the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, everything we were served was cold. My coffee was ice cold, so I politely requested a fresh cup. She brought a new pitcher, but it was still cold. We ended up waiting an hour for our food after placing our order. When my French toast, eggs, and bacon finally arrived, they were also cold, as if they had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. When the waitress came back to check on us, I mentioned that our dishes were cold. At that point, she asked if I wanted them microwaved. Unfortunately, we have decided not to return."
