"I experienced terrible customer service from the drive-thru employee today at 4:28 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she refused to accept my coupon, despite me showing her the terms. She just kept rolling her eyes and saying, “The machine doesn’t take it,” without even listening to me. It wasn’t just the issue with the coupon; it was her awful attitude. When I tried to explain, she simply shut the window on me, leaving me waiting in the drive-thru. Absolutely awful service."

"We went through the drive-thru to get our 2 year old grandson a Chicken McNugget Happy Meal. We asked him if he wanted Wendy's or McDonald's? He said McDonald's. The young lady at the window was so friendly. The parking lot was clean. It wasn't too busy when we got there. Kid-friendliness: The Happy Meal is a great option for a toddler. The apple slices are a great addition to it. "Went to this McDonald's for breakfast it was 5:30 in the morning. Was ordering my food at the drive thru and the girl that was taking my order paused and told me the grills weren't working all they were serving was hashbrowns. This is the most poor and very unorganized McDonald's I've ever been to. I will never go back. They hire kids that don't know what they are doing. Pretty sad what they get paid and don't want to work. They should shut down if they can't serve food."

"On Christmas Day 2021, the staff at this restaurant were fantastic. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to keep up with the high volume of customers. I made sure to thank them and wish them a Merry Christmas. I am grateful that they were open on such a special day. The employees were all friendly and cheerful to engage with. Overall, everyone did a fantastic job!"

"I feel like a Karen writing a review for a literal Mcdonald's, but if you're coming here to use the drive thru please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I come here pretty consistently but somethings changed with management these past few months with the drive thru time, making it so quite literally every person has to pull around to wait for their food. Unless you're coming here when it's dead empty, there's a line of cars wrapped around the place waiting for their drive thru order. This defeats the purpose of a drive thru. I'll always just get a mcchicken and small fry, pretty staple items for a Mcds, yet i'll find myself waiting up to 15 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. It's just absurd. With all that being said, I have no hate towards the staff- they've always been incredibly nice and friendly for how busy they are. Very rarely have they messed up my order as well. And by the way, this whole review was written while waiting for my order :"

"on a Saturday evening in the drive thru at 9:05 hrs. the girl who commanded was quick to take my order and the young man in the window that took the money was friendly and welcoming. he even wished us a good evening (that is not something that is common today with younger employees) I would call him with names, but he did not wear a name badge. in the pick-up window ethan greeted us and was just as friendly. all employees on this special evening were professional and polite."

"I'd love to say this is positively the worst McDonald's ever but somehow I think the one in Dansville is in direct competition with this location to be the worst. I don't even know why I bother to return because some stuff never changes. This location has been on a steady downward spiral for quite some time and we'll, it shows. At 8am on a Tuesday this place should be so busy that the vehicles are bumper kissing while trying to get through. Nope, this place, inside as well as the drive thru resembles a ghost town. Food is ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS wrong. The time it takes to hand you the wrong order, despite next to no traffic is astounding. There were 2 vehicles ahead of meand 17 minutes to grab my app ordered breakfast sandwich and coke. This should be closed. Oh yeah, the people aren't even friendly anymore either. Too bad I have to leave at least 1 star in order to even leave a review. YUK, stay clear Parking: Good place to just park of you want to wait for the Walmart to get a little less busy. PS. Bring your own food, FOR REAL."

"Posted hours for the lobby are 4am Saturday, arrived at 6:38am and all the doors are locked. Called in and told the manager that posted hours state that the lobby should be open, he argued and said “he doesn’t have enough people to open the lobby.” As a paying customer, I should be able to go in and use the restroom and enjoy my meal in the warmth of the restaurant. "When I went back around, I found a truck at the second window. He sat there for five minutes, just the two of us, so I decided to back up to the first window. The girl at that window clearly saw me, yet ignored me for another five minutes. When she finally came to the window, I told her my order was wrong, and she asked me to move forward, which I did. The lady at the second window took a few more minutes before approaching me, only to argue about not receiving a receipt. Then I was asked to pull forward. By this point, 20 minutes had passed. I told the young man who asked me to move forward that I had already waited long enough. Strangely, within 30 seconds, my order was finally corrected. The staff was rude and disrespectful, the service was excruciatingly slow, and they just couldn't seem to get an order right. Thanks to this experience, I was late for my daughter's game!"
