"We took a big group to this McDonald’s. Now I understand if that would be slow but it’s the fact that the lady that took orders wasn’t asking about sauce and hadn’t given multiple people their numbers. In the time from ordering to then getting our food we were there for 15 minutes over an hour. When lookin back to see where the food was there were multiple workers prioritizing the drive through instead of the 25 orders in the lobby. The cashier then just left. We stood and waited for our orders and other orders that were finally coming out were wrong. In this whole process there was one worker that was obviously working better, quicker, and more than the others his name I believe was Kaden or Hayden. Due to the beeping and other talking it wasn’t fully clear. He would listen and help get orders out quicker. We live a couple hours out and it was already late so we wanted our food quicker. We had a girl that had told him hey we need to leave it’s late and we still have school in the morning and he got the two remaining orders out quick so we could get on the road. The only good experience about this place was that he was kind, understanding, and overall helpful. And Kaden or Hayden needs a raise for being a good quick worker. Be better Be him. "Let's begin by thinking about a business owner's top two priorities. First, you need to be able to collect revenue and second, train, retain and reward employees. This store moved to the kiosk that does not work. They lost the ability to take credit cards storewide. A small minority of customers pay cash, so YOU LOSE the majority of your business. It puts unwarranted pressure on employees who face customers that just WASTED THEIR TIME in your restaurant. We are locals that will drive 40 miles to avoid this place. Bad ownership everyone unhappy."

"The manager totally ignored not only me, but the other patrons waiting in line for service. There was a woman working the counter, but she would just look over at is not saying a word and continued doing whatever she thought was more important than acknowledging that we were there. She finally comes over rudely to the counter not asking anything just looking at us, so I just began ordering. I kept my Kool still smiling and speaking in a cheerful tone to attempt to bring her rudeness down a notch to no avail. I will never go back again for anything. Oh, did I mention the Manager was just as rude. He kept looking at us with a mean face also not saying a word. What's crazy is the fact that there were maybe 5 customers inside, and a full drive thru, and that's where the management has all the employees focusing on, and forget about the customers looking you in the face. I have never had a dining experience as bad as this. The inside was fairly clean, except the tables were not. I never saw a single employee come to the dining area to clean and sanitize the tables. Poor customer service must be their motto"
