"This is a small establishment but worth the wait. The burgers are their specialty, and they are good. We had family visiting for the Panthers/Dallas football game and came here for the first time. Parking is a little tricky, but they validate the parking if you go to the LAZ parking lot around the corner. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was a little dark. So it made it a little difficult to read the menu. Our server was Taylor. She was great. Very patient and knew the menu and beer selections. It was very busy, but it was worth the wait. All of us had a different burger: Carolina Burger (chili, mild cheddar, cole slaw) Boogan's Bacon (bacon marmalade, red onion, Roasted garlic aioli) Smash Hit (caramelized onions) Imami (Shitake mushrooms caramelized onions) So.e of us had regular fries, but the Parmesan fries were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their selections. I will definitely be coming back with hubby or family."

"The service was a bit slow, as there seemed to be only one person attending to everything, and at one point, we joked that he might have been the one cooking too. Despite the wait, this place is definitely worth it. Just a heads up, the dining space is quite small, so be mindful if you're coming with a large group or looking for a little privacy during your meal. And the fries? They were delicious, with a great selection of dipping sauces. I can't wait to come back and try another signature burger from the menu!"

"Smashburger (Lindenhurst) This Smashburger location is fantastic! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and politeness, and I’ve never had to worry about checking my bags. The food is consistently delicious and made to order. The supervisor, Leanne, is amazing—she truly stands out. Last night, however, the burgers I ordered didn’t quite taste the same and wasn’t as good (which can happen sometimes with food). Today, I went back and spoke with Bruno, one of the workers, and he went above and beyond to make things right. He replaced the burgers and made me feel like his priority was ensuring I was happy. One off night in the kitchen doesn’t change how great this location is overall. My experiences here have always been very positive, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. Definitely a 5 star spot!"

While I previously rated this place 4 stars, serving undercooked meat deserves no more than 1 star. It's disheartening because I used to rave about this burger joint, but now I'm uncertain if I'll return. The food is good, but the service definitely needs improvement. It seems that management prioritizes promotions over resolving customer service issues, resulting in long lines and no effective solutions to problems. My suggestions went unheard, dismissed instead with excuses. So, don’t come here expecting great deals; you might leave feeling disappointed. "We ordered the following: - A Classic Smashburger with just cheese and pickles. - A Classic Smashburger with two patties and all the toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Smash Sauce, and ketchup on a toasted bun). - Smashfries, which are crispy french fries seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. - Sweet potato fries. After placing our order, we headed out to pick it up. The location is conveniently off the Ann/95 exit, with plenty of parking available next to Yogurtland and Trader Joe's. Picking up the order was quick and easy. The food traveled well, and it was clear it hadn’t been sitting out for long since everything was still hot when we got home. The Classic Smashburger was delicious, cooked to perfection with crispy edges. The burgers are quite large! I was so full after lunch that I couldn't even think about dinner later. My husband loved his two-patty classic smash, even though it was a bit messy with all the toppings. We had some leftover fries for the next day. The Smashfries had a strong rosemary flavor, and the sweet potato fries reheated nicely in the air fryer the following day. However, I did notice that the fried pickles, which I used to enjoy, were missing from the menu. I hope they bring those back because I really miss them!"

"I went into Smashburger with fairly high expectations. I've always heard good things about them. While on a trip to Fargo we decided to finally give them a try. Honestly this was NEARLY the worst burger I've ever had. The grease level was off the charts. Minus the grease the brisket on the burger tasted sour. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. The floors felt like they had a layer of fat on them that could carry a slide across the entire dining room. The tables were dirty as well. They hadn't been cleaned in what looked like over an hour based on the dried sauce on them. I made it thru half my food and tapped out. I love burgers but this thing was going to rocket thru my system in record time. Needless to say I won't be returning. Oh.... And finally $35 for a burger and a salad is outrageous."

"Really disappointing experience. I don't go out to eat often, but I was celebrating some good news. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake, a Colorado burger with spicy mayo, Brussels sprouts, and smashfries. While I was waiting, I watched the team member split one milkshake into two cups, both of which were missing about 2-3 inches, even with the whipped cream. No where near full for a $7 milkshake tip. Beyond that, I'm not sure if there was much peanut butter in it, as it tasted pretty much like vanilla. The burger bun was stale and extremely dry, and they didn't have any mayo on it, even though I specifically requested extra. The Brussels sprouts are supposed to come with ranch, but didn't. Most of them were burned, anyways, so I didn't end up eating them. The french fries has clearly been sitting out for a while, as they were ice cold."

"The restaurant has a beautiful location with well-designed, modern interiors. It was my first time dining at this chain and I found the burger to be tasty, although a bit chaotic. The fries were underwhelming but not terrible, and could be improved. The selection at the soda fountain could also use an upgrade. It's convenient that they offer extra toppings like pickles, jalapenos, and paprika at a self-service bar. Unfortunately, I had to deduct a star due to the dirty bathroom and non-functioning urinal. Once these issues are addressed, it would be a great spot for a quick and delicious meal."

"I stopped in at 7:30 on a Thursday at the Elk Grove Ca location, to grab a quick dinner after being out of town all day. I walked in, was not greeted but was abruptly asked do you have an online order to pick up? I replied No I.... and was cut offwith We`re only doing online orders, and its a 45 minute wait . So i turned and walked out, went to a close by alternative andwas served within 5 minutes. Now i fully understand and sympathize current staffing issues. However there were no customerseating there and only 3 waiting on orders for pickup. I have experienced extended wait times as well. What angered me was theway I was rudely dismissed and refused service. I am a manager for customer service, all she had to say was Im sorry we arebacked up with online orders and our current wait time can be 45 minutes or more That Simple! I would have understood andappreciated her honesty. But No, she was totally unprofessional and a bad representation of your values. I only wish i hadthought to order a soda so Icould have a receipt to use as reference to the incident. I enjoy your food but doubt i will subjectmyself to that attitude, there are too many other eateries that respect their customers."

"Ordered take out. The person who packed our burgers placed them side ways in the bag! Why would you put burgers side ways so that all the juices can spill out? Everything was wet and greasy made the burgers soggy. The other thing was we ordered ourburgers with a side of sweet potato fries tater tots. They barely filled the containers for these. The tater tots didn't evenfill up halfway (see picture). The food though was decent, thus left 3 stars. Got the limited time Caramelized Onion burger andenjoyed the taste. My husband got the double bacon burger and he was okay with it. Anyone ordering take out, please take a lookat what and how they give you your food before stepping out of the restaurant."

"I typically love Smashburger, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. I ordered online for the half-price wings and went to pick them up, but when I arrived, no one was at the front counter. Eventually, someone came out to ask about my order, and I informed them that I was there for the wings. They informed me that the wings were all gone but didn't offer any alternatives or suggest how to resolve the issue. The haystack onions were also unavailable. When I requested a refund for those items, the staff member stated that he didn’t know how to process a refund for an app order. There was no offer of a substitute either. He asked one of the cooks in the back, but she didn’t know how to handle it either. Before I left, I also had to ask for the drink cup for the beverage I ordered; otherwise, I wouldn’t have received that either. In the end, I ended up paying full price for half my order, plus for a drink I didn’t even want but had to order to take advantage of the half-price wings—wings that I never got! I also tried calling three times yesterday during non-busy hours to discuss the situation with the manager, but no one answered and there was no voicemail available. I understand that popular items can run out, but the customer service I encountered here was the worst I've ever experienced."

"We visit this restaurant for their delicious burgers, and I usually go for the single bacon smash while my wife opts for the single smash. Today was no different. After placing our order and settling in, our food arrived quickly. My burger was perfect, but my wife's was unfortunately undercooked. We flagged it to the server, who apologized and promptly arranged for a new one. He also returned to apologize again and offered my wife a shake, which she happily accepted. When her new meal arrived, they had recreated the entire order. As a bonus, we ended up with a double serving of sweet potato fries, which were still fantastic! Overall, we received excellent service and will definitely keep coming back!"

"I visited Habit for the first time, and it was excellent! I ordered the steak sandwich along with onion rings and a fountain drink. They have a great selection of burgers and various sandwiches. In addition to that, they offer lemonade and a salad bar. Although it was lunchtime, my food came out quickly. There are free parking spots available outside, and it's easy to locate using Google Maps. Next time, I plan to try either a burger or a chicken sandwich. Highly recommend!"

"Update: Approximately 8/1/2022. The Manager had reached out to me from my earlier review and asked for the opportunity to make it up to me. Essentially they gave me a free meal. It was pain free and no problems. This time the burger tasted like I wouldexpect. The salt was normal and it tasted great. I upgraded from a 3 star to a 4.5 star. First review: I got the doublepatty cheeseburger. I liked the smashed part and all the toppings. The problem was that it was waaaay too salty. I had neverhad smashburger before but I am sure it had to be a mistake or accident with that much salt. I just renamed it Saltburger. I'll try it again because I know they would not be in business with meat that salty."
