"Overall we've had good experiences in the past, however tonight was a disaster. Ordered takeaway, and when we arrived the pizza was ready and had already been out, but we waited an additional 20 minutes for the herb roasted chicken. So the pizza was cold of course, but we figured we could just warm it in the oven and no big deal. My partner was enjoying her meal and eating the mashed potatoes, when suddenly almost vomited. I couldn't figure out why until she showed me the nail mixed in with the potatoes. Unfortunately it was in her mouth when she found it. I don't know how this happens, I don't know how or why somebody prepping the food wouldn't notice losing part of their nail, especially if this size. How would they not throw the batch out knowing this was in there. If this wasn't accidental, then it was done purposely. I honestly try to post only positive reviews, but this is truly foul. I don't know what else to say.."
