"My husband and I went out for dinner and ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, along with our main courses. I chose the three-cheese chicken penne, while he opted for a medium-rare steak with shrimp and mashed potatoes. We ended up waiting an hour for our appetizer. When it finally arrived, they brought him a well-done steak with the wrong sides. I received pasta that turned out to be macaroni and cheese with chicken tenders, and when I pointed out the mistake, they argued about what I had ordered. Eventually, they brought my husband the correct steak and sides, but the steak was so tough and full of gristle that it was nearly impossible to cut. The waitress showed no remorse for the poor service. We decided to give this place another chance after not visiting for a few years due to past experiences, but we ended up wasting two hours and leaving hungry. We will never return."

"I 'd like to give no stars if possible. My partner and I went in on Friday night 1/19/24 at 7pm. Sat around for 10 mins before our waiter even came over and he said sorry I didn 't even know you guys were here, it 's my second day on the floor . Very reassuring . We ordered two drinks and the all you can eat deal. We sat around for another 30 mins and our waiter apologized on behalf of the kitchen that they were backed up another 15 mins go by and we asked a nearby waitress if she could retrieve our waiter that we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. She apologized and said she would find a manager. The manager came over, and rudely blamed our wait time on our waiter saying it 's because he 's new. He left the table and came back with a new drink and we declined and said we 're waiting for our check , we 're starving and waiting for too long. The MANAGER said Oh , okay. And walked away. How are you a manager with that kind of shitty customer service? No apology and STILL tried to charge us for the food that we did not eat. We told them we 'd pay for the drinks only. The manager never came back to apologize or offer any type of compensation. What a disappointing evening. 0/5 stars. Awful."

"Expensive for the quality of food. On average our orders are correct 1 out of 5 times. It seems there is always something missing or incorrect items or both. Steaks have been less than good for some time. The quality has been going down hill for some time and it keeps getting worse. Often we order a large, expensive order for curb side to go...most to all of the time they bring it all out in ONE over stuffed bag... in one bag that when sat down in our vehicle and spills and falls out all over. When spending $80to $120 plus, couldn't you atleast use more than one overstuffed bag that spills all over on the ride home? I always tip, and tip well, often no one cares to make sure all items paid for are accounted for and cannot even have the common decency to make sure it fits in the bag correctly. If asked if everything ordered is in there, the usual answer is, it should be. They don't confirm or check. What do you think happens to this food in an overstuffed bag while driving? It spills and falls out all over my truck making a mess, making the food picked up a huge mess. The app has had issues for quite some time. I've had my Applebee's account hacked multiple times with no help from Applebee's at any level. Cannot even delete my account! What? I now only check out as a guest.My credit cards have been compromised there more than once, and two of the cards I've only used there, no where else. Security seems to be a huge issue there. The list goes on. If there were a decent restaurant out that way to choose from, Applebee's would be hurting. The food all tastes the same, which is not great. The only thing that makes me ever order from there is that it is on the way home when I need something quick to grab after work. Often popular nonseasonal items get taken off the menu, never to return. Did I mention orders are very often wrong and noone cares!On the plus side, there are some pleasant staff at times."

"The food was fantastic, the service was courteous and friendly. The deals that the have for 2 meals w appetizer is great 2 of the same great meals from the menu( as is they appetizer) but for a reduced price, there are 3 to choose from out of 3 price points. It 's definitely a place to go for good food and service is great, it truly is eating good, in the neighborhood"

"I hate to have to write a negative review especially for a large chain restaurant but I have to write this review. My family went there for my granddaughter's 11 birthday. This is what she wanted. The first problem was slow seating. We were finally seated in the walkway going to the bathroom on the side of the bar. Our waitress, Infinity, was very gracious and took our orders after bringing the drinks. All six of us ordered from the all you can eat menu. It took about 20 minutes before the first plates were delivered. It was advertised as all you can eat. Not so true. Infinity, was now the bar tender and also responsible for tables around the bar. She finally got back to us for our order refills. Ha Ha, I got 5 shrimps and I gave my grandson my fries because they forgot his order. I had to go up to the bar to get my soda refilled. Not good. The men were not satisfied with not honoring the all you can eat. They only got one refill which was very scant. We were there for 3 hours and definately not happy or satisfied. You have to do better."

"The service was quite confusing. It felt very disorganized, and the staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills. They weren't rude, but their demeanor felt unprofessional, almost as if they were chatting casually with friends rather than serving customers. I was served my food on a dirty plate, and after I brought this to the waiter’s attention, he took it back. However, when I received my replacement salad, it was served on the same dirty plate! I knew it was the same because I had cleaned part of it with my napkin and some water, and that clean spot was still visible on the second plate. I spoke with the general manager, who kindly offered me a third salad, this time on a rimless plate, so I wouldn’t be able to complain about that one. While I appreciated the gesture, I felt it necessary to pay for the meal since I had eaten. It’s concerning that there seems to be an issue with preventing these problems. The place appeared overrun with people, but it didn’t feel like it was operating smoothly."

"I haven't been to an Applebee's in quite a while, but this location exceeded my expectations. Our server was both humorous and friendly, which made our experience even better. I tried the hamburger quesadilla, and it was delicious. My date ordered the prime rib dip, and she also thoroughly enjoyed it. We decided to share a Blue Hawaiian Iced Tea, and it turned out to be quite tasty. The portion size of the drinks was impressive; we were initially going to each order our own, but one was more than enough for both of us. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was pleasant, especially since we visited on a Sunday evening when it wasn't too crowded."

"Let me first start off by saying I use to be a waitress in a restaurant so MY OPTION definitely matters fairly! Joey was our server and he was AMAZING! He was very friendly,professional,and consistent with his service! He checked on our table the correct amount of times and kept us with an update on when our drinks and food would arrive to our table. Joey is an excellent server all around. As far as the food it was delicious,fresh,and hot! I will definitely be returning back to this location and of course requesting Joey as my server! I will be calling the store manager and the corporate office to give my feedback of how satisfied my husband and I was during our visit here!"

"Our waitress, Hot, was attentive right from the start. She brought our coffee and sweet tea promptly, followed by a delicious meal! We enjoyed baked cheeses that were absolutely delightful. We shared the house salad and savored a fantastic lime chicken with rice. For dessert, my mom had the chocolate cake with ice cream, while I opted for a blonde brownie with ice cream. Next time, we plan to try the Tipsy Puree drink and explore more lunch options. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!"

"my birthday dinner threw my tooth on the 1st to the chips n salsa (not a fan of the new tortilla chips). it was said that they removed swashing rings from the app menu, but they brought us some anyway, and combo board was barely enough to keep my 3 teens from chewing their own poor (small portions for the price increase I think our server was new, so it felt unpleasant, but they did a decent work. the main food came and was all right and cooked to order, only 1 item was missing. the drinks I ordered were the special, but when the bill came, it was twice the price when the server went to fix it and brought us a new register card the bill was actually more. lol, they went back and corrected it so that it was all in order. mainly disappointed by applebees company to cut corners, razing trips and to reduce weight at the same time. that is why we go every few years instead of once in the month."

"This is not something I usually do as I have worked in the restaurant business for 23 years. Today my son and I came for lunch and we were greeted very promptly by a nice man(may have been the manager) we were seated and told that someone would be right with us. They were not busy at all and I do understand staffing issues, but it was 15 min before we were even approached for a drink. A young girl came over stating she was not a server but she was getting our drinks.. We finally got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She was very cold and short with us almost seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered our entrees and 2 salads. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our salads were brought out again by the 1st young girl. Our food eventually showed up and and was definitely not prepared the way it usually is. We order the same thing every time. By this time our drinks were completely empty and our server Jenny C had no intentions of filling them as she began to walk away. I asked her for refills which she eventually brought although she seemed annoyed. She never came back to check on us although although our entire side of the restaurant was completely empty. I was very disappointed in my entree as I mentioned before it was prepared differently with A different sauce. I did ask her to bring extra sauce and she brought a teriyaki sauce and flung it on the table. I poured it all over my pasta and chicken entree then realizing that it was teriyaki sauce instead of the honey barbecue sauce it was supposed to be. As mentioned before she never came back to check for me to complain. So $50 for a very disappointing lunch. We came here specifically for this meal because it is my son's favorite and we were celebrating him getting his license today. Jenny missed out on a good tip by being annoyed with us. Do better! Very disappointed"

"A little expensive but the place is worth it. The ambience is great and there is an option of placing your own order and paying for it right from the table using their tablets. Though they have waitresses coming over and taking your order. The food is good. We ordered a nachos and mozzarella sticks. The nachos was quite a huge portion and could serve 3 people easily. It is quite tasty which a good amount of lettuce and cheese in it. The mozzarella sticks are soo damn cheesy. Overall a nice place to hangout with friends if you are here at Target or Sleepys"

"My husband and I went there for our anniversary and of course since it was on a Saturday, we knew there would be a wait and that was ok. Once we got a text saying that our time had come to sit at a table, we went inside from waiting in our vehicle which was no problem. We was sat at a corner table by the host that greeted us and waited for the waiter to come, we waited for 35-40 minutes on a waiter! A manager passed our table, and multiple waiters passed our table and flat out ignored us! Not even a simple hello Or I 'm sorry for your wait, we are extremely busy. ? no drinks either.....we just sat there! What a horrible restraunt!!! My husband and I walked out and Texas Roadhouse gladly took us in. Will not return!"

"The food at this restaurant can be really delicious at times, especially the burgers and typically the steaks are very good. Their buffalo chicken dish is also wonderful. However, the restaurant is never busy and has very few customers, making me wonder how they manage to stay open. Changes need to be made quickly if this place is to survive. I have heard rumors of changes, but when will they happen? The menu also needs some updating as the potatoes, fries, and baked potato all taste the same. It's time for some variety. The restaurant is no longer under the control of Montana Mike's, so perhaps they should consider hiring a new cook or seeking inspiration from new ideas online. They should also consider removing any employees who are not contributing positively, especially the two women who are unfriendly and inattentive. It's not pleasant to hear them argue or see them slacking off while customers are trying to enjoy their meals. The other servers are professional and attentive, but these two are a real disappointment. Overall, the restaurant is a bit of a mess and changes need to be made quickly."
