"Upon entering the restaurant, there was confusion about where to pick up orders. I placed a pick-up order with a promised ready time of 1:50pm. However, when I arrived at 2:00pm, the staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and unable to locate my order. After a 10-minute wait, I finally received my order, only to discover that half of it was missing. Despite attempting to contact the restaurant by phone, my issue was not resolved. I ended up paying for only half of my order and will not be returning in the future."
