"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was abysmal. Our food took over an hour to arrive after we placed our order, and when we asked the waitstaff about the delay, they simply said, “We’re just really busy,” despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full. To make matters worse, we noticed that other customers who were seated after us received their meals before we did.
Ultimately, we decided we weren't going to pay for the food, so we informed the waitress that we were leaving. Surprisingly, our food finally arrived just three minutes later, but they rushed everything and carelessly threw it onto our table. When it was time to settle the bill, the waitress insisted they couldn’t compensate us for the awful service because they were busy.
I strongly believe they should reconsider the mandatory tip policy. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can tell you that the only reason food would take that long in a situation like this is if the order was never placed. Additionally, the two people next to us received their meals a good 30-40 minutes after ours, and they arrived long after we did. Overall, it was just a dismal experience."
