"The food here is outstanding, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff was rude and seemed completely unaware of customers waiting for assistance while they chatted behind the counter.
Additionally, I had my service dog with me in his Sherpa carrier, but they unusually insisted on seeing his ID card. Just to note, this is illegal in Maryland. I mentioned this to the staff because I genuinely love their food and have a Colombian background—not to complain unnecessarily. I was disappointed when they dismissed my concerns, even after I pointed out the legal issue. I suggested they inform the owner, but I doubt that will happen, so I hope the owner sees this review.
Also, be aware that the baked goods are not available until noon, so if you're expecting fresh, warm bread with your breakfast, you might be out of luck.
Overall, my experience at this location was quite disheartening. Colombians are among the friendliest people, and I hope other customers have a better experience than I did."
