"We were excited to see that Morton Grove planned to expand and add more dining space. However, when we stopped by recently, we noticed that not only were the few tables missing (and they have been for some time), but there were signs indicating we couldn't use the dining counter. We were also told we couldn't access the freezer for frozen empanadas to take home. The place was cluttered with supplies, and there were numerous signs saying, "Do Not Touch" and "Employees Only."
Overall, we didn't feel welcome at all, even though we were there to spend our money. We likely would have purchased more, but the unwelcoming atmosphere really put us off. It's disappointing to see such a stark contrast from when this place first opened."
