"My wife and I were long time customers of Kira, ordering take out at least twice a week. Our recent order of November 9th consisted of sushi that was either not fresh or frozen. It had a foul aftertaste and had a strange color. As long time patrons I called the restaurant not to complain but to make the owners aware. I was referred to a person who identified herself as the manager. She became belligerant, questioning the validity of my statements. She said she wanted to come to our house to view the fish and then insisted that we take photos of the order. After much discussion, she said that she would issue a refund to our credit card. To add insult to injury, her promise of a refund never was processed. Truly unfortunate as the restaurant lost a long time loyal customer. Beware."

"I had a wonderful experience at a hidden gem in Armonk, NY, just off Route 22. Right when I walked in, the staff made me feel at home with their warm hospitality. Despite intending to just grab takeout, the server encouraged me to relax and take a break, as I looked tired from a long day. The restroom was spotless and I was even offered a refreshing glass of ice water upon leaving. These simple gestures made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience and the food was delicious. I tried the crystal roll, which was unique due to the use of rice paper instead of seaweed, but still tasty. The coconut shrimp was also a favorite, although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great dining experience on a hot day."
