"We've been there twice and ironically both times were sat in the same corner in the front room. The restaurant is very loud despite attempts to absorb notice with hanging acoustic panels. The food is excellent! Best salmon I've ever had! The scotch eggs left a bit to be desired but last time we went they were out of them and we opted for beef wontons to start the meal. They were much better. We wouldn't order the eggs again, which is a shame because we love finding those on a menu. My husband had the flat iron steak and also loved that. Service is a bit slow and not very attentive. We don't like servers hovering but it's hard to get a refill or something extra while dining. That was our experience both times. Overall, we really like it mostly for the food. We've told friends about it and will definitely go back. Just hoping then improve the acoustics and the service a bit."
