"I would advise you to save your money and go somewhere else because this place is not worth it. I have given them multiple chances, but after today, I will never return. They consistently forget to get my order right and even when they make mistakes, they don't offer to fix it. All they say is "next time," but there will not be a next time for me."

"I want to start off by saying that this place has a nice atmosphere and they were able to sit us without a reservation on a busy Sunday. The restaurant was adequately staffed but the service was slow and a bit inattentive. The food is not true Peruvian food but a latin fusion. They gave us a free starter which were sweet potato chips and they were stale and you can tell they had been sitting for a while. The food was decent enough the lomo tequeños were on the thinner side and they were flaky. The tallarines were cheesy and not the bright Peruvian green that you expect the lomo was chewy and lacked flavor. The chaufa was decent but nothing special. The picarones were really good and I recommend them if you like buñuelos. The suspiro limeño tasted like a can of condensed milk it was overly sweet and and no taste of lime. I can say that the plating was beautiful. The only reason this place doesn’t get more stars from me is when we went to pay the bill the waiter decided to explain how tipping worked because we decided to split the bill. The lowest tip they offer is 18% even for lackluster and inattentive service."

"This is one of our favorite Peruvian restaurants to go. The food is usually quite good. We have tried many of their soups and the taste of food is usually very consistent. We go to many Peruvian restaurants in Dade and Broward. Las Cholitas is one of our favorites. It's so hard to find someone in Florida who wants to work. Just remember when your server wakes up for you, TIP THEM WELL, so they don't stop!!! I'm so sick and tired of the turn. Sales are due to customers who don't have the 20% tip. The strangers are the WORST hackers. These people make the good servers. If a server could make a good $700-1000/wk, then you would have an excellent service every time you came in and the sales rate would be next to nothing. If you are $10 on a $100 meal just because you are a Engwad, do a service to us all that are cartridges of the restaurant."

"Be wary of the waitress with the tattooed eyebrows. We had to repeat our order three times, and she still managed to get it wrong. We asked for a baked potato but received a boiled sweet potato instead. Even after she attempted to correct it, we were still served boiled potatoes. It was very disappointing. She never came back to check on us to see if everything was okay. Considering the small size of the restaurant—there are only about ten tables—there's no excuse for such poor service. I can only give one star for the food, which was just mediocre. Additionally, be aware that they charge a $2.85 fee for non-cash payments. I would also advise against ordering the sangria; everyone at our table who ordered it left it untouched."

"I've been coming here frequently to pick up takeout and overall the quality of the food has been great. However, the reason this receives such a low review is due to the takeout service.Recently, I tried placing an order for delivery from work at an address in Rye Brook. When placing the order, the lady on the phone told me they only did deliveries in Port Chester. Keep in mind that normally I would pick up food myself, however on this occasion I couldn't excuse myself from work.This address happened to be on the border between Rye Brook and Port Chester and was literally a 2 minute drive (according to Google Maps) from the restaurant. I tried explaining this to the lady and after she acknowledged that the address was nearby, she still refused.While I would understand not delivering for an address 20+ minutes or several towns away, It was literally a short 2 minute drive because the address was in the border between both townsNeedless to say, I probably won't be coming back."

"This charming bistro offers some of the best food in the desert! My husband ordered the pollo al pobre, which came in generous portions and featured wonderfully flavorful, tender grilled chicken breast. Even the plantains were the best he's ever had—such a simple side that really enhances the dish. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic vegetarian options available. Unlike many restaurants that treat vegetarian meals as an afterthought, simply offering a salad or a Beyond Burger, this bistro provides delicious and satisfying options for everyone. The prices are reasonable, and each dish we tried was certainly worth it. The soy meat saltado was outstanding, and the sides complemented the dish perfectly. "Good luck trying to speak with a manager or the owner if you're unhappy with the service or your meal! Are you trying to voice a complaint? I called and left several messages over two months to inform the manager or owner that the online food prices were different from what we were charged when we picked up our order at the restaurant. We ended up paying more in cash than we would have if we had completed our order online. I was taken aback when I arrived, and no one could explain the price discrepancy or assist us in any way. I ordered a dish that was supposed to include crab legs, but what I received was a half-empty container filled only with shells—no crab legs in sight. The crab was the main reason I ordered the meal. I took a picture to show the owner that the dish was incomplete. If you can, I recommend making your own Peruvian food, as I seriously doubt you'll have a positive experience here. My true rating for the price, food, and service is a negative one star."

"This place is not fancy but the food is exceptional. They are very busy for lunch and for take out the rest of the day. If you haven't tried Peruvian food before you are in for a treat. Start off with the roasted chicken. Very flavorful not like any other roasted chicken. Be careful of the sauces. The green one is spicy ! Next time try the Saltado Chicken or Beef. Very unique dish. Great flavor. You will want to eat here on a regular basis. Get the Inka Kola special Peruvian soda. Oh, they are closed Mondays."

"Small restaurant with authentic Peruvian dishes. There is table service by a friendly and helpful staff. The food was prepared and well presented and we had a pleasant dinner. There are combinations that should be considered when there are 2 or more in your group. If there are 4 or less in your group, you probably don't have to wait for a table unless you come at the top of lunch or dinner times. Many people order by phone and get food home and this is another strategy. The shrimp ceviche (and other keviche dishes) are raw seafood prepared with citrus juices. This is normal for Ceviche and this place has done a good job. The chicken was also good and the fried plantain that was included with the chicken comb was delicious. There is a small charge per container to take residues home. See the pictures of food we have ordered while there is a menu, phone numbers, etc."

"Everything was good, including the chicken soup, papa a la huancaina, and tallarin with fish. However, I ordered a side of huancaina sauce, and they didn’t give it to me or explain why. I've never received enough sauce with the potatoes appetizer at any Peruvian restaurant. In my opinion, their dish wasn't as good as some others I've had; the potatoes were dry, and the sauce lacked flavor and was insufficient. That said, it was still decent enough to eat. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars."
