"We've been to Casa Robles twice, and probably won't be returning. Nothing horrific...more of a disappointment. It's obvious that they are understaffed, but the waitress was very nice and was doing her best. The food was lack-luster. I had the Mediterranean Pork, which was dry and tough. The rice was kind of sweet??? I'm not sure why they don't still with a saffron or plain rice. My wife's two plates came out about 20 minutes apart, and neither were great. I like the restaurant, location, drink menu, but I struggle with recommending this place. They've been open for several months now, so food and staffing misses (esp. the food) should be fixed by now."
