"This was our second time to this restaurant. We came back for a special Valentine’s dinner (not actually on Valentine’s Day). Our first visit was fantastic. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were delicious so we were really looking forward to the dinner and brought friends with us. Unfortunately this experience was the complete opposite. The service was terrible. Server didn’t know the menu or what was on it. The food runners didn’t know who ordered what. They left empty drink glasses on the table even after new ones were delivered. Never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. This is an upscale, slightly expensive restaurant and this evening was a complete waste of money. Very sad to say that we won’t be going back even though we really like the atmosphere and the live music (singing Frank Sinatra, etc) is a nice extra."

"what a great restaurant. I always wanted to get in, as it looked like a nice place from the outside and the French menu changed a bit what we usually find in the opposite. we went on a Tuesday for the prix fixe menu, daily for limited hours, but is all day on Tuesdays. my man got the Prix fixes and I just ordered and tempted because I didn't want to eat so much. well, that was my mistake, like the beet and goat cheese starter he had, plus the amazing cream broth with black johannisbeeren dessert (that I might have been a healthy amount of the extra calorie worth. in fact we had both stakfriten and the difference between the size of his and mine was negligible. I will not say that was a cheap meal, but the prix fixe was a good value for absolutely perfect eating. (I will say, although the oysters are not much to write home, but they have no control over how tasty they are. they were fresh and beautifully presented. we didn't even finish the meal before I said I would like to go there in 6 weeks. it is a stylish but irresistible and friendly place to which I cannot wait."

"I called before our reservation to ask if we can bring our own bottle wein. they told us that we could and that we would be accused of a corking charges that were expected. When we arrived with our bottle, we were told that they wouldn't open it because they sold it there. I'd understand if I called earlier, they would have said that, they set us up fast. eating was very good. the pasta in the wheel was my absolute favorite thing that I ate. we ordered a bottle of wine at the end, which was also good. there were only two stands in the lady room and one was ordered. the service was decent until we finished. we didn't tell them dessert and we wanted the bill and it took 35 minutes to get it. I asked the manager and it wasn't until I told the hostess that we would just go if we didn't get the bill that they finally let us pay. I would come back for the pasta wheel, but for the price of my meal I would expect a better one around the experience."

"I ordered a gold fever wrap. I received a chicken caesar wrap.I called the establishment and told them the issue and all they did was argue with me and refuse to give me a refund. I then asked if they would send out another. They ended up sending me outANOTHER chicken Caesar wrap. Here is the proof. I could not eat the food because Cesar makes me sick and it was bad enough thatI already took a bite and they would not give me a refund. You should never order from this company. They were extremely rude tome and wanted me to bring the wrap by tomorrow and pick it out of the trash so I could get my money back."

"Not sure I understand the stars from anyone! We used to come here all the time when I was a kid. I remember my family looking so forward to the calamari. It was disappointing. My husband ordered a pizza which wasn’t cooked all the way thru. It was actually raw in the middle. He ate the crust. We would have told the waiter to put it back in the oven for a bit but we couldn’t find him. There were a few parties in the banquet rooms but only us and more couples in the dining room. Looks like the restaurant is at the end of its journey. Needless to say.. we will mor give it another chance."

"I made sure to visit this place for the All That Jazz po’ boy. It's open 24 hours, but be aware that they change shifts throughout the day and night. We happened to arrive during a shift change at 11:30 PM, which was when we first went. The po’ boy itself was delicious. I’m not sure if I needed to request extra vegetables because it only came with tomatoes. The sandwich is quite pricey at $20, but it's large and filling; I was satisfied sharing it with my wife. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes since it was pretty busy, but if you're looking for a quick bite in the French Quarter, don't miss it!"

"Do Not Go! We made a reservation through Open Table, but when we got there were told that they had a large party so instead of being seated in Flight restaurant, we were seated in the conjoined Moonstruck burger restaurant. So my rating for ambiance is not exactly fair since we did not actually eat in the Flight restaurant side. We were given the Flight menu to order from. The menu is limited and tends more towards vegetarian options. My wife had the grilled mediterranean salad which had little to no flavor other than the grilled vegetables. I had the hummus with spanish shrimp which was just okay on the hummus, but I did find the shrimp to have good flavor. Service was subpar and the wait staff just kind of dumped menus, drinks and food at the table. Very little training on proper service from the behavior we observed."

The pickles were a nice balancing act between the produce and the meat and cheese. The torpedo roll was very fresh and fluffy with a nice outer crust. The workers putting things together were super nice. Very efficient, and welcoming too. It's easy to see why the place is so highly rated! And another thing- the price was super great! Come try it for yourself! I'll go back to try a salad!"

"I Googled restaurants and decided to try Tuscany Italian Bistro. There is nothing quite like a good Italian meal. The directions that maps gave us was slightly confusing. The restaurant is very nice. There are murals on the walls from the most famous placesin Italy including Rome and Venice. There is a piano in the restaurant for guests to enjoy piano music. We were not lucky enoughto catch that. There are a lot of wonderful choices on the menu. I chose the chicken marsala. We, also, got bruschetta as anappetizer. The marsala had a wonderful flavor. It was on a bed of spaghetti. The bruschetta was good too. The restaurant hasgreat ambiance. It can accommodate large groups. It was reasonably priced considering how good the food was. This is definitelya restaurant worth returning to enjoy another entree or two. They have several desserts to enjoy as well."

"I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The house dressing for the salads is absolutely delicious. However, I have to be honest about the meatballs - they were tough and lacked flavor. I would also suggest adding a piece of French bread with garlic. The flatbread that resembles a mini pizza did not appeal to me as it did not have garlic on it. Despite these small issues, I still think it's worth a visit. Supporting local business is important. Give it a try, it's delicious."
