"I have dined at this restaurant a few times in the past and recently went with some friends on a Saturday. We had made a reservation weeks in advance, but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. We were seated upstairs, which was a bit disappointing as the atmosphere wasn't as nice as downstairs, but we didn't let it bother us. We ordered two bottles of wine, appetizers, entrees, coffees, and desserts. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. However, there was a mishap when our coffees were brought out, resulting in one of my friends accidentally spilling coffee all over me. Unfortunately, the waitress did not offer an apology and simply walked away. When I brought up the incident to the manager, their response was not satisfactory. Eventually, after some discussion, the manager agreed to cover the cost of cleaning my sweater and comp our coffees. While the food and wine were enjoyable, the handling of the situation left much to be desired. Therefore, I can only give this restaurant three stars."
