"I am trying real hard to like this restaurant, but after 3 attempts, I can only give La Rosa 2 stars.The portions are extremely small for the price. I recently ordered, what I thought was a substantial amount of food for 5 adults and the employee who took my order confirmed the quantity of main side dishes would more than enough to feed a group of 5. She couldn’t have been more incorrect! When I opened the containers, I said “You have got to be kidding me.” The pizza restaurant we frequent in town, put La Rosa to shame.To add insult not only was the penna vodka dry and tasteless, but they used rigatoni pasta for penna vodka! The pickup was an early Sunday evening, hence before the dinner rush, and our eggplant was still dried out as if it had been sitting out for quite sometime. And add insult, when placing my order for bread, which in all of my years dining in a restaurant is a common request. Not here , I was charged for over baked pizza dough, which was supposed to resemble your normal Italian bread, this could be further from the truth.In all fairness, I will say their thin crust pizza is good, but not in the same league, as pizza found on Arthur Ave.Bon Appetite!"
