"Authentic Japanese cuisine, I have so many sashimi place in the eastern bay and the city tried, and this is my far the freshest (near what I had in Japan) TORO sashimi they always have it, most Japanese restaurants do not have it when I ask. the food is not too salty or excessively seasoned. the ingredients they use are always fresh and high quality. Service is fast price is reasonable. it seems like it's family owned because the cook checks on the customers. it is convenient near my house and the ambience is perfect for a lush meal (quiet) clean. I recommend Jo's honda sushi"

"I took a day to reflect on my experience before writing this review to make sure it lived up to my memories. The restrooms at the restaurant were exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated. The prices were reasonable, and the overall value was excellent. I didn’t detect any additives like extra sugar or MSG in the dishes. We ordered seafood udon, two salmon bento dinners, and the Rock and Roll and Ichi California rolls. For appetizers, we enjoyed fresh oysters (which even came topped with fish roe!) and deep-fried soft shell crab mussels. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly, and our server was attentive without being intrusive. I will definitely be coming back!"

"The young girl working there rushed me while I was deciding what I wanted and when I was trying to order (2) separate orders with 2 items in each one , she quickly got irritated for some reason and walked away in the middle of my order then either started arguing/complaining with her mom? Or telling her something. Made me feel like she was talking about me behind my back. As soon as I paid , she rushed to an empty table to get on her phone. Did not smile or say Thank you. I’m never the one to complain but I will never go back there again, I’d rather starve or pay more somewhere else but get treated better."
