"I visited Erie Steak for the second time after a previous disappointing experience with poor service and unclean tables and floors. This time we dined outside and the food was decent, but the prices were unreasonable and the service was extremely slow, despite the lack of a busy crowd. It took over an hour for us to be seated, order, receive our food, and finally receive the bill. The waitstaff made multiple mistakes with our drink orders and seemed apathetic towards their job. While the restaurant claims Covid-related challenges, in my opinion, it does not excuse subpar service or poorly prepared food. The dirty tables and floors were not due to the pandemic, but rather human error and a lack of care from the staff."
