"One of the best spots in Astoria to watch a big game! Most frequently visit Sweet Spot for Football Sunday but its truly a great venue for all sporting events. They have TVs galore and show any and every game you could possibly want. The bar service is typically very quick and accommodating. Food also comes out very fast especially for items like burgers, wraps, and wings. Their Jack Daniels Burger is one of my favorites in addition to the Santa Fe Wrap. Fries wise they offer a plethora of options including regular, curly, waffle, and sweet potato. Definitely consider Sweet Spot for your next viewing party!"

"Stopped here with my coworkers, we were working in the area. Probably the worst idea I’ve ever had. I should’ve known when there was only one person serving and we waited for 20 minutes for our food and drinks. The menu is highly overpriced as well. We ordered the boneless wings, the club wrap and a BLT, all of us were sick within the hour. NO JOKE.The fries were so greasy there was about an inch of oil at the bottom of the dish. The boneless chicken wings looked like chunks of God knows what. The wrap was dry, no sauce, no flavor. And the BLT was full of tasteless bacon that I do believe gave me food poisoning. I never leave bad reviews, I believe it’s everybody’s own experience but just to save somebody from possibly getting very sick, be cautious with this place."

"I usually enjoy this restaurant, so when I was at the mall and saw they had their wrap deal, I decided to grab two. Unfortunately, the employee who prepared our order mixed up the dressings on my daughter's wrap. She asked for French dressing but ended up with ranch, which was disappointing since that's not the flavor she was hoping for. Despite this issue, I still really like this place! "I visited this location for the first time today and although the salad was decent, the customer service was terrible. The menu is taped to the wall so if I had any questions I was referred back to the menu. When I asked what kind of dressing they had I was directed to read the casing where the salad is prepared. When I asked what was in the Greek dressing or what was in another dressing one of the workers told me they can’t explain it but if I eat salad I should know what I like. Horrible customer service!!!!. When I kept it simple with an Italian dressing the picture that I was referred to showed a different color than what I was given. When I questioned the difference I was handed my bag with no explanation. They are rude and unknowledgeable!"

"I have always had great service at this restaurant, with large portion sizes and a good variety of options. The soups are especially delicious, but I have had some issues with the containers in the past. However, they have improved in this area. The only downside is that the restaurant is far from my location, otherwise I would order from here more often. Despite a couple of negative experiences with old or hard bread rolls and wilted kale, overall I believe this restaurant deserves a top rating. It is the best casual salad shop I have ever been to, thanks to the amazing staff. I know it won't last forever, but I will continue to enjoy it as long as I can."

"The customer service was quite disappointing. The staff appeared bored and uninterested in their work. When we asked questions, their responses were unhelpful. We usually love Salad Works, but today was a letdown. One of us ordered the chicken parmesan panini, but what we received was processed lunch meat, provolone, marinara, and white bread—definitely not what I expected from Salad Works. They also didn’t inform me that I could get chips or a roll; I had to ask for it. The worst part was the roll given to my daughter. When she took a piece, it was rock hard. That prompted me to go to the staff and voice my complaint, and they did provide a fresh roll. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this specific Salad Works location."
