"I have to give this place a one-star rating, and that feels generous. I visited the South County Mall location and will never return or recommend it to anyone. I ordered a piña colada and rolled ice cream. There were two people ahead of us, and we watched as four orders placed after ours were fulfilled while we continued to wait. When I asked why we had been waiting over 30 minutes for an order that should take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes, the staff member told me not to tell her how to do her job. I noticed only one female employee working, but then another came out from the back and told me she didn’t appreciate my attitude. I requested a refund, which was processed, but I was also told never to come back—something I have no problem with. The service was extremely poor, and the employees were rude."
