"My wife and I wanted a nice, relaxed place to sit outside and have a fun dinner. We were very disappointed with the service. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity while waiting to order drinks). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and water, but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We haven't seen our server in a long time. We felt our starter was a bit delayed when foodrunners showed up with our starters. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But by this point we were already in the middle of the meal. The food tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad. I admit the nachos were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered had breadcrumbs but that was missing. Fortunately, the server took care of it pretty quickly. We were never asked if we would like to have our drinks refilled. And after dinner we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. Neither of the problems on their own would have been a big deal, but together it made a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The waiter was nice and apologized. They also put together the starter for us which was lovely. Maybe it was a free night or maybe a new server but can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambience was nice."

"First there was nothing on open table saying this would be prix fixed menu. Many people left once they found out. We get the eggplant rollatini appetizer and it came out cold. We each took one bite and sent it back. They brought it back with only one even though we didn’t eat the other. The menu options were mainly seafood dishes. I got the steak but it was mostly fat. The dessert came and thought you can’t mess up dessert. Wrong the banana foster was terrible. I don’t even think they were bananas. Everyone around us sent it back. They did offer us a new dessert but we were done at this point. Overall very disappointed. We come here often and were hoping for a nice warm pasta dish"

"Old school in-store dining survives in just a handful of department stores. The chow in this café, which has a combination of counter- and table-service, has been consistently fine through the years. But the décor is starting to look timeworn and, compared to stand-alone eateries of similar caliber, prices are a bit steep. The menu continues to feature both trendy dishes and comfort food standards. I ordered the wild salmon with roasted vegetables and saffron couscous $19.75). The salmon was a tad dry I prefer it grilled or poached), but the portion was more than ample and the fish was expertly seasoned. The generous couscous veggie side was as scrumptious as it was colorful. My Missus began with a cup of tomato basil soup, a longtime menu staple which we've enjoyed here in the past. Her entrée, the grilled skirt steak $22), used to be one of her faves here, but the chef has revamped this dish. The meat is now accompanied by a polenta corn cake and baby carrots, and anointed with salsa and queso. She was not pleased with the toppings or the sides I tasted the polenta and it was really very good). The naked steak, while still delectable, was smallish and not sufficient to satisfy her appetite."

"Soho South was the perfect place for our wedding. The room is so beautiful and well furnished. It was the perfect amount of space for our 75 guests. The location is ideal; its walking distance from most hotels in downtown and even has an affordable parking garage right opposite the street. The staff is professional and the food is by far some of the best we ever had! We still have guests talking about how amazing the food was, say it's the best food they ever had on a wedding. If you are looking for a charming room with wonderful staff and unforgettable food, you will not see more than Soho South!"

"Home of Simply the Best Gourmet Focaccia . Victorian Pantry is a juicy bistro that offers a variety of entrees, appetizers, salads, soups, desserts, pastries, bread and coffee. You have the freshest coffee you will find in Mishawaka... probably Indiana for this matter. Classical music complicated the atmosphere as diners enjoy conversations with friends and employees over a cup of coffee and a warm Cinnamon Roll. I personally enjoy the soup buffet offered every Friday from 11:30. They offer 4 unique culinary flavors every week... a taste, spices and texture for each pallet. My favorite, as many agree, is the roasted red pepper Tomato Gorganzola. I recommend a slice of Focaccia to dunk. Chef Steve even offers cooking classes monthly, let his dedicated students learn his tricks of trading. Then he let us test what was demonstrated. YUM! Victorian Pantry is an all-round amazing company that is locally owned and family business. They provide personal service both in-house and catering functions. They even care for weddings, from arranging rent to providing servers to deliver the wedding cake... they take out the headaches, which can be a hectic celebration. So if you are in the mood for a hot cup of coffee, an aroma of maple syrup, and a cup of soup or focaccia sandwich, head over Victorian Pantry on Cleveland Road. "This is one of my go-to restaurants for our weekly lunch outings. The only drawback is the lack of free Wi-Fi, and the atmosphere can get quite loud. However, the food is outstanding. I ordered my favorite dish: Beef Wellington served with roasted vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes. The beef was cut into generous pieces, each topped with mini puff pastries, all drizzled with a delightful Madeira wine sauce. Instead of the standard beef wrapped in pastry, their version allows you to enjoy the beef while savoring the puff pastry with each bite. Their desserts are generously sized and simply heavenly. Some are baked to order, while others are available at any time, and everything tastes amazing. Without a doubt, we will be returning time and again."

"The good: The greeting at the door, gift bag, flower bouquet, photos, and child's frame decorating table were well organized and executed. Bravo! The bad: Unfortunately, every aspect of the dining experience was disappointing. It is important to note that this was a limited choice fixed menu with a required reservation and upfront payment. The service was extremely lacking, to the point where I had to get up and serve our party of 7 myself, using the server station to gather everything we needed. The food order took an exceptionally long time, to the point where we were considering leaving and forfeiting our expensive upfront payment. The quality and presentation of the food were subpar and way overpriced. It was truly shameful. Being charged for the drinks we had while waiting felt like an insult. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this event."

"This restaurant is a true hidden gem within Nordstrom. It's one of my favorite places to dine in the city. Located on the second floor, it offers a lovely view and serves as a quiet escape. The food is consistently excellent; I particularly enjoy the salmon salad. The daily specials are always tasty, and the desserts are absolutely amazing. Even the iced tea is superb. I really appreciate the walk-up ordering system as well. The service is always exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. My kids actually enjoy the fruits and vegetables presented to them. "I ordered my favorite dish, which I crave when I’m not here: the salmon Niçoise salad. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the portion was generous. The salad contained a lovely mix of spring greens, roasted fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, capers, haricots verts, and boiled eggs, all dressed with a light vinaigrette. It was delicious and kept me satisfied throughout the afternoon. My husband opted for the salmon entrée, which came with steamed vegetables and a lemony Israeli couscous. While his dish was also good, he couldn't help but envy my choice after trying the Niçoise salad. I have to admit, we came here specifically for the restaurant before our show at the Keller and then did some shopping afterward!"
