"Sat. September 3rd, we received the worse service ever. I received an email that stated to show to waitress, as it was for Reward members. The waitress, Sanda G stated I don 't need to see that Unlimited shrimp has already started. Ok! So we ordered our drinks, then said we wanted the Unlimited shrimp . She brought our first order, then she disappeared . We watched this young man, who spoke to later, wait on this table of 8, his efficiency, customer service friendliness was remarkable. Our server, however, never returned to our table to see if we needed anything or see if everything was ok. After about 45 min, I seen her bar making drinks. When she finally came to our table, I said oh wow I thought you got lost . Her response was, I am a bartender, I was making drinks . Ok so we put our 2nd order in. She disappeared AGAIN. So for UNLIMITED SHRIMP we got 1 extra order! I asked for a manager, after telling her my disappointment of service, she returned to table said I took drink off your order! REALLY, not offer to give us each another order of shrimp. Apparently, she felt like her staff did no wrong. Did I mention Sandra brought us 4 cold biscuits when we got there never asked if we wanted more! Good help us so hard to find. Sandra made it a point to say she has been doing this 5 years. Well customer service is definitely needed for her. Hat 's off to the young African American man who is manager in training. You are AWESOME."
