"Donuts are great if they have them available. If you go after 8:30am its slim pickings. I placed an order online to ensure donuts would be available. I get an alert that the donuts were ready for pick up. We get there, they have no idea where the order is. By that time, the donuts I ordered are no longer available. Suggestion? Do not offer an order ahead feature if the boss is the only one who can access it. It stresses out employees and disappoints customers."
