"This has long been one of my favorite places for breakfast, but after this latest visit, I doubt I will return. We arrived about 9:30 on a weekday morning, were seated very quickly. Shortly after bringing our menus, the waitress returned and said they were changing stations and someone else would take our order. A little while later a waiter arrived, took our order and pretty quickly brought our food. My British Omelet was terrific, as usual. Others reported their food was good also. When we finished we waited for the waiter to return and clear our plates and bring the bill. Alas, our waiter had disappeared. After about ten minutes, my wife approached the host and asked could we get our bill. He brought our bill and took my credit card to the back. The host then returned to his hosting duties. About ten minutes later, my wife approached him again and asked could we get the receipt and credit card. The host scurried about, apparently looking for our waiter, but to no avail. Finally, another waitress brought us the completed charge slip and credit card. All in all, we were waiting to pay longer than we were eating. Very unprofessional service."
