We also tried a cheese pizza with a sweeter sauce for the kids. The ingredients were top-notch, featuring 00 Caputo flour. The sauces could have been a bit more robust, but they were still tasty. I would have liked a bit more cheese on the Margherita Pizza. As for the cooking technique, the chefs here deserve credit; they truly know how to create a perfectly baked pizza. The presentation was appealing and accurately reflected what you can expect when you dine here. I would rate it a solid 9 out of 10. I can be a tough critic when it comes to pizza, but I believe they could easily achieve a 10 with less busyness and a few adjustments."
