I ordered delivery, but the driver arrived with two pizzas instead of the one I had requested. I let him know about the mix-up, and he double-checked, confirming that my order had indeed been confused. He asked me to wait while he returned to his car, where he sat for a minute before driving off.
After a while, I called the restaurant, and I was told they could send out another order but couldn’t provide an estimated delivery time. I asked if it would take an hour or two, but the answer was vague. The staff member also offered to refund my money, which I chose to accept since my basic expectations weren’t met. I think there are definitely areas where staff training could improve the service."
