"I made a reservation through OpenTable for Valentine's Day, but when we arrived, the restaurant was under construction and only open to hotel guests. They refused to seat us and offered no assistance. I was extremely disappointed and will never dine there again. When I mentioned that we had made a reservation through OpenTable, they explained that their manager had left a few months ago and no one knew the password to update the system. They mentioned dealing with this situation frequently. Trying to find another place to eat on Valentine's Day at the last minute was, of course, unsuccessful, and our evening was ruined. I urge you to either remove this restaurant from your listings or establish a better way to confirm availability. I will also be submitting a complaint to both the restaurant and the hotel."
