"I had quite a long wait, and while the prices are a bit high and the customer service is mediocre, I still find it worth it. I really enjoy Seed Bagels; they’re delicious (the Miss Piggy might be my favorite), of good quality, and have a fun vibe. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. However, I want to give a heads-up to those who haven’t been here before. I've visited about four times since they opened, and I've noticed that the estimated time for online orders says "45 minutes," but in my experience, it has always taken 60 to 75 minutes. That's a long wait for just two bagels.
This place is more suited for takeout. They do offer outdoor seating, but it's usually full, so it's best to plan on taking your food to a park or home if you're nearby. The costs can add up quickly. I understand the expenses of running a business, staffing, inflation, location, and using higher-quality ingredients, but spending over $30 for two bagels, hash browns, and a coffee isn’t exactly cheap—especially considering the mediocre service, long waits, and limited seating.
Additionally, their hours can be inconvenient. They aren’t open on Sundays and close at noon on Saturdays. For someone with a busy schedule like mine who doesn't live in Glastonbury, it can be challenging to satisfy a bagel craving. That said, I do enjoy the food and recommend this place. I just want customers to be aware of a few inconveniences when ordering from Seed Bagels."
