"Every other Saturday, I go out to dinner with two girlfriends who are part of my bubble. This was the first time our travels took us to The Spring House Tavern and we will be back! The service and food were outstanding, although being glutensensitive I was disappointed that there were several menu items I would have liked but which flour to thicken the sauces and soups. I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked and quite delicious"

"Hi… I just ate at your Orlando location in the Hyatt tonite (Friday) I ordered my daughter the filet off the kids menu and as I was cutting it there was an AWFUL smell. The steak was completely rancid and soiled. Extremely disappointed and ruined our experience completely that we just ordered a bottle of wine and cocktails and then left. The service was great and our server David was so accommodating and did his best to make the best of it. This is scary considering this meal might ruin our trip considering the side effects of rancid meat."

"This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, and the ambiance is inviting. The menu is straightforward, but the prices are on the higher side. The service is top-notch, and there’s plenty of well-lit parking available. It’s a family-friendly place with a beautiful layout. The portion sizes are generous, and the chefs are both entertaining and approachable. I highly recommend it! They offer delivery as well. "I do not recommend this restaurant. even if they are the fact that there is nowhere near authentic japanese, eating itself is not tasty and the texture and the aromas are off ( rice is dry/flavorless, meat is dry and one-dimensional, sushi is not very fresh.) the drinks are decent and the portions are large, but the prices are steep and the service lacks more often than not. Waiting times are also quite long. my local friends looove come here so I have often been here and have given it many chances, hoping each time for a kind of improvement. I was disappointed by everyone visiting, but they know what, I will probably come further here because everyone seems to love this place, and it ends up being a meeting point again and again. to be fair, I would consider myself as a foodie and spent the last 30 years of my life in asia, literally flew into various Asian countries specifically for food tours. if they are like me and have high standards for her, this place is not for her. Otherwise it seems a lot of people who enjoy this place so they enjoy the drinks and lively atmosphere!"

"Split the Cali Burger with friend . Was pretty good... sweet potato fries and regular fries were pretty good too. Other friend had Lamb gyros dish, was just ok as allot of the meat was fatty.The service was good however for not being extremely busy seemed like allot of time to get pour and get served our wine. Unfortunately gals were seated right behind me in the patio and one of the gals was very loud. Louder than the three of us. With allot of eating venues in the area would think this restaurant will have to be more competitive with all around better food and service. Would try again"

"I’ve heard a lot about this place and decided to try it. I brought my girlfriend, daughter, and her best friend. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We were advised that the restaurant ran out of crab meat which was on just about every meal served. The atmosphere was kinda dead. It was on a Monday night but it was still dead. I ordered the filet with lobster. The food arrived within a decent time and looked delicious. Well after taking the first bite it was terrible. Absolutely no seasoning at all. It was bland as can be. My girlfriend had the Christine and it was bland as can be too. The fish tasted like cod. This is Louisiana put some seasoning on the food yeah. My daughter and her friend both had the seafood gumbo and they both stated it was lacking seasoning and tasted like straight roux. The only thing we enjoyed was the Mediterranean shrimp and the shrimp cocktail. The water they had on the table had a horrible taste as well. For over $230 dollars I figured it would have been an excellent meal that I could have recommended to all my friends but I was let down."

"The restaurant is simply first class, white linen tables decorated with roses and the entire restaurant presented a beautiful ambience. The food was superb. Service equally fantastic, We had crab cakes for an appetizer and being from New Orleans I was skeptical that it would be a good choice but boy was I surprised with how well it was prepared. Just excellent. The blackened halibut was lightly blackened and prepared perfectly. A must if you eat there. Likewise, the snapper was delicious. Most desserts were made in house and all will more than satisfy the sweetest tooth. Overall on a 0-10 scale I give the Creeks a 12! It’s definitely now my favorite restaurant in Boerne and the surrounding areas. Also you can eat outside on a beautifully decked out area overlooking water. What more can you ask for? Oh, a good musician? They had that as well!"

"Outstanding! We had a reservation for 11am and I assumed that we were gonna have the brunch menu available. When asked about it, our waiter Peter told us that there was no brunch on fridays but that they could accommodate us and make anything we wanted from the brunch menu. I had the French toasts that were exquisite. Amazing service, great atmosphere and delicious food. Definitely will be back again."

"A friend and I met up for dinner at this restaurant. I had made a reservation for 5pm online, but arrived 30 minutes early and had trouble finding parking. Eventually, I found a spot and entered the restaurant, which had both indoor and outdoor seating. I was seated on the outdoor patio area and our server, Steven, was fantastic. They were still offering brunch specials until 5pm, so I got a $5 glass of red wine. When I ordered a second glass, it had some cork in it, so they replaced it and comped it, which was a nice gesture. We decided to order tapas, and Steven let us know we could get one for free, so we chose the clams. I also ordered the garlic shrimp, while my friend got the wontons and shrimp for herself. The food came out looking great, and the shrimp were excellent. Although there were a few rubbery parts in the clams, the flavors were good overall. The service and food at this restaurant were very good, and I would definitely come back."

"Our party arrived at 6:30 pm and we did not receive our food until 9:00 pm. There were only three tables occupied that night, so we could not understand why it was taking so long. The waiter was very nice but told us there was only one cook and one waiter; hence the delay. But that didn’t make sense since there were only three occupied tables. In addition, one member of our party ordered a hamburger and the meat was bad. Had to send it back to the kitchen. I ordered the pasta bolognese. The dish lacked any task. Similar to opening a can of tomato sauce and ground beef. We had a wonderful time chatting with friends, but the food and service was not good."
