"This is by far the worst boba tea shop I have ever been to. The drinks are overly diluted and devoid of flavor. The management should do some undercover visits to really understand the quality of their offerings. The cream teas, especially, leave much to be desired. After visiting various Teahouse locations for over a decade, this one has made me hesitant to return to any of them. I have been here multiple times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing, with the added frustration of them frequently running out of boba. I'd much rather travel further for a boba tea that I actually enjoy."
