To add authenticity, the Raikes family brought in award-winning pizza chef Attilio Albachiara from Naples, Italy, to teach their staff the traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques. They also imported a custom-made pizza oven, Le 5 Stagioni Pizza Napoletana Italian “00” soft wheat flour, and fresh Marzano tomatoes, all sourced directly from Italy, to ensure that they represent the true Neapolitan style. To enhance the experience even further, they installed "The New York Watermaker" system in their plumbing to replicate Brooklyn's fresh water, resulting in an exceptional pizza!"
