"Being Lebanese, I 'm always down to try some Middle Eastern food, like falafel. With the name Falasophy , I had some high expectations. These people must have really studied the art of making falafel. Their truck was stationed at a conference I was at, so I figured I 'd give it a try. The line was super long. It must have been 30 45 minutes before I even got to order. Once I ordered, I got my food within 10 minutes or so. This whole process took about an hour not ideal if you 're looking for a quick meal. I ordered half Garlic Chicken Shawarma/half 24 Hour Steak Shawarma Bowl $14). It came with rice, pickled cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I made it a meal $6) by getting a side of Falafel balls $5) and a soda $1). This bowl was way too pricy, in my opinion. I didn 't even think food trucks could serve items over $20. It defeats the purpose of quick, cheap meals. The meats were well seasoned and I liked the flavor and crispiness of the falafel. The rice was nothing special but went well with the meats. The vegetables added a fresh element to the bowl which I appreciated. I enjoyed the meal but it was not worth $20. It was a good try, but I don 't think I 'd come back."
