"Unfortunately, the timing in the kitchen was quite poor. The first appetizer I ordered never arrived, and my main dish was served before the second appetizer. My waiter was very apologetic and made a genuine effort to help. The manager stepped in and did the right thing by removing the first appetizer from my bill, which eventually did arrive, as well as the side of coconut rice, since it came out ice cold. I also noticed our waiter apologizing to at least four other tables multiple times. Additionally, the table next to us received one of their main dishes before any of their appetizers."
