"Consistently good food in the hot and cold bars. Pay by the weight and it's easy to get good food with lots of choices for a good price. It's also easy to get carried away and spend too much so be careful . The food tastes good though. Being able to get salmon and different meats with lots of vegetable and fruit choices is awesome. Also they have different food stations where you can get made to order sandwiches, sushi, ramen and salads. The cashiers are very nice too!"

"This diner is a true hidden gem, reminiscent of a bygone era, complete with a counter and fewer than ten tables. The food is served quickly and is wonderfully tasty. It's cash-only, but there's an ATM on-site. I gave it 4 stars because I was surprised to find they charge $3 for each coffee with no refills; I didn’t expect a second check for it!"

"This restaurant is a truly wonderful spot with delicious food and drinks. The cashier and management are very friendly. The only issue is that there are often elderly customers who linger for hours with just a cup of coffee, preventing others from dining. However, once they leave, the atmosphere becomes calm and enjoyable. The coffee and freshly made cookies are delicious. I just wish I could visit every day without it being so crowded with elderly patrons who can be disrespectful and talk badly about the cashier, despite the sweet and nice employees."

"I was so hungry this morning. It was about 11am, the beginning of the lunch hours, and I thought it would be good to give a local burger joint a try. I was wrong. FRIES: I was perplexed and confused why the fries were a mix of piping hot and ice cold at the beginning of the lunch hour. BURGER: I ordered a double. Heese, and what a disaster. The bun was cold and was either dirty or had mold, I couldn 't tell which. Then the toppings were scarce and I mean scarce 1 pice, 1 slice of onion. And barely a tomato ?... I was like, WHAT IS THIS?! Anyway, I won 't be back."

We were so satisfied and full afterward. See photos! The pancakes were so fluffy&they had fresh squeezed orange juice too. ???? What's more amazing is that there is so much outdoor dining tables and hangoutspots right outside their cafe (especially convenient during covid). And coffee bean is next door too. "I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while driving through the area for the first time. After quickly looking at the reviews, I decided to stop for a late breakfast, and I was not disappointed. The staff greeted me warmly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great. I especially appreciated the gentleman who kept my coffee cup full—definitely a big plus for a coffee lover like me! I had a delicious veggie scrambler, and I opted for pancakes instead of toast. Overall, I will definitely be returning!"

Waitress was nice and professional, and the following items were ordered: Waffle Breakfast, $5.99. One egg, half waffle, and bacon. Decent for our lovely senior, but lo and behold! The bacon besides being over cooked, had also more salt than what I considered possible. 3 Stars. 2 Albóndiga Soups, at $7.99 each. Consisted of a very light broth, a little oily, with no special taste, besides being edible. Potatoes previously frozen turned into mush, truly dislikable. Two slices of tomato floating with no apparent plan. 3 Meatballs Mexican style with average flavor. Not a memorable dish, and one best not to repeat. 3 Stars. One Beef Tamale, $3.49. Soft, Bulky, stuffed with shredded beef, not particularly good, nice sauce, and cold in the center. Edible. 3 Stars. Chips were nice. Salsa very nice! Service on the money. 10% discount on Yelp for first time visit. 3.5 Stars. In sequential order: called in around 1:20 PM. Birthday ? Girl wanted late breakfast. As of late she is pursuing a eat less and healthy lifestyle. Voice responding sounded dry, as opposed as our festive mood tone. Try to throw a one liner to elicit a smile ? to no avail, but I?ll take dry no nonsense, to an overly friendly got the order to pick up wrong. Omelet to order: spinach (turned out to be very fresh? , mushroom (like to believe it was not from a can , Asparagus-fresh, and Swiss cheese. Came with harsh brown, very agreeable, and 1 english muffin (flat, unremarkable-where is Thomas English Muffin when you need one? . 2 of above at $12.99? each. Really nice overall. 4 Stars. Belgian Waffle (1 with two plump sausages, scrambled eggs and dedicated fixings. That one for Big Mama, a senior with a voracious appetite, never ending if allowed to continue. Decent taste, price close $11?. Picked up, brought home, ate it with a passion (Mexican siesta ? on a Friday? ."

"As I opened the first window, a woman from a nearby table came over and aggressively closed it without saying a word. I assumed she wanted to minimize the noise from the bar, so I moved to another window and checked with that table. They agreed to let me open it, but the same woman got up and shut it again, this time giving me an unpleasant glare. When I reopened it, I explained that the guests at the table were fine with it. At this point, it was evident that this woman was either heavily intoxicated or under the influence of something because she was struggling to stand and her eyes were barely open. To my shock, she revealed that she was the owner and forbade me from opening the windows. I told her that if she wouldn't turn on the air conditioning or allow the windows to be opened, I wouldn’t be paying my bill, as her behavior was completely unprofessional. Her husband, who also claimed to be an owner, approached and said he’d cover my bill, but his demeanor was far from polite. I later learned he also instructed the bartender not to serve us anymore, which was absurd since we had only had two drinks and were clearly not impaired. The bartender, sympathetic to our situation, chose to disregard the owner's directive. When I asked for my bill at the end of the night, hoping to leave a good tip for the bartender, I was shocked to see a charge of $150. I called the bartender over and reminded him that the owner had promised to cover my bill. He explained that although he took some drinks off, I was still expected to pay. Unfortunately, by that time, the owners had left, leaving no one to address the issue. Not wanting to create a scene or give the bartender a hard time, I paid it, but I will never return. This is not the kind of establishment I can support. They don’t care about their customers and exhibit classless, rude behavior."

"This restaurant is a must-visit! The food is top-notch and incredibly delicious, making it worth every penny. The service was friendly and welcoming, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. I noticed that the kitchen and food prep areas were clean and fully visible, which is always a plus. You really can't go wrong here! And can we talk about the cheesecake? The slices are huge and reasonably priced—I couldn't resist and ended up eating two! The matzo balls were light and fluffy, absolutely fantastic. Just a little feedback for improvement: it was a bit too cold inside, which made it uncomfortable at times. I’m usually not sensitive to cold, but it was noticeable. Overall, thank you for a wonderful meal!"

"I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and I have to say that last night was an exceptional experience for me. I ordered the Chicken Rice bowl, but I wasn't in the mood for chicken, so I swapped it out for avocado (yes, I totally did that!). To my surprise, the talented chef in the back made me the most beautiful avocado rose I've ever seen. It made me feel like a superstar when that plate arrived at my table. I was truly impressed. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back here a thousand more times. The only reason I gave four stars is that they don’t whip their sour cream; it’s a bit thicker than I prefer."

"We came here for a late lunch. We liked the outdoor seating. The free chips salsa and bean dip were great. One of the few places that had bean dip. The bean dip was delicious. We definitely had refills of the chips, salsa and bean dip. I had the burrito de carne asada. The burrito was wet covered with cheese. Next to the burrito were mexican rice, salsa, gaucamole and sour cream. I would say the burrito tasted good similar to a chain mexican restaurant but a tad bit better. My friend had the steak and shrimp. The shrimp tasted great. Staff is friendly. They have a parking lot across the street."

Once you check out the extensive menu, you won’t be disappointed. If you've enjoyed Asian cuisine in San Bernardino and haven't been to Guang Lin, you haven't truly experienced the best! This hidden gem is located off the beaten path on Del Rosa, just across from the Stater Bros Distribution Center. The restaurant boasts an A rating, is very clean, and is accessible for those with disabilities. They offer fantastic, fresh, and authentic Asian dishes, along with some American options, all served with quick and friendly service. It’s fantastic!
