"Really love this place. Been going here for many years. Many tea flavors to choose from and combinations, milk tea. Regular tea. Slush or a specialty blended drink. Food is always hot fresh and tastes good and the price is right. But I will say my only issue with this place is how inconsistent the recipes are specifically for the Pho. The pho recipe varies so much. Its very on point somedays not so much others. Somedays it's a beautiful clear flavorful perfect broth. Other days it's this deep dark cloudy broth that isn't as good. I think they recently changed brands of rice noodles too. They are heavier and thicker and not as good as they were before. They have the perfect ratio and recipe. It just varies day to day on who cooks up the soup during the week I guess. But I still love coming here it's great and I highly recommend for great food."
