"Slow service. Really, it was SLOW. The restaurant has a nice appearance, resembling an authentic Japanese establishment, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The sashimi was not served cold, which is essential for quality fish. The ramen was overly thick, and the pork included was served cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The portions were small; the ramen was just a tiny bowl of soup. We were seated outside on the sidewalk and found ourselves asking multiple times for water. The glasses also had an unpleasant smell. Given the prices, I expected more; after spending $150, we left still hungry but too exhausted from the long wait for our food to stay any longer. I recommend avoiding this restaurant—you’re likely to be disappointed."
