"Unfortunately, we had to wait over 10 minutes for our order—possibly even 15 minutes—while customers who arrived after us were served first. When our food finally arrived, it was prepared incorrectly: the hamburger only had the meat and bun, without cheese, and the cheeseburger came with all the toppings instead of the cheese. We brought this to the staff's attention, but they responded insincerely with a simple "I'm sorry," which was frustrating.
My son also complained that the plain hamburger was too dry and that the bun didn't taste right. Shortly after finishing our meal and leaving the restaurant—about an hour later—I experienced severe diarrhea. I usually have a strong stomach and don’t often have these issues, so it was quite surprising and uncomfortable. Thankfully, I was near a restroom.
We will be traveling to Yorba Linda, which is less than 5 minutes away from this restaurant, next month, so this experience was extremely disappointing for us. I can safely say we won't be returning here, but unfortunately, I will have to pass by this restaurant regularly, which will remind me of our terrible experience.
