"My favorite restaurant in Melrose is definitely the one I visit most often. They offer sushi rolls that are as big as burritos, and you can customize your order with a choice of ingredients. Three servings of salmon or any meat will cost you around $21. With options like seaweed salad, edamame, avocado, cucumber, mango, and lettuce, you can pack in a lot of nutrition, all wrapped in seaweed. The sushi is made with fresh white rice (I avoid brown rice because of its higher arsenic levels). It's a great choice for a healthy meal. If you're not into raw fish, they also grill it, and the fried tofu is excellent as well. For a less health-focused option, I recommend the scallion pancake wrap with crispy chicken or haddock. I also have to mention the smoked pork belly yakisoba—it’s incredible!"
