"We recently dined at Sushi Gala and enjoyed a delicious meal. We ordered Chicken Katsu, Beef Chow Mein, and a combination Chow Mein with Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp.The service was excellent. We started with Three Pink Lemonades and a bottle of Soju, both of which were delicious. The food arrived promptly and was thoroughly enjoyable. The Chicken Katsu was wonderfully crispy, served with rice and vegetables. However, the miso soup, usually included with the dish, was missing. Fortunately, it could be ordered separately.The Beef Chow Mein and the combination Chow Mein with Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp were both flavorful and well-prepared. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the meat and shrimp added delightful textures.Overall, our experience at Sushi Gala was fantastic. The service was attentive, and the flavors of the dishes were exceptional. While the absence of the miso soup was a minor setback, we would gladly return for another memorable dining experience and highly recommend it to others."
