"The sake selection is wonderful, with so many varieties to choose from. I highly recommend the Yuki Nigori lychee flavor—it's an unfiltered sake that's not only delicious but also sneaks up on you! The tamago is decent, but nothing particularly memorable. However, the tempura eggplant is incredible—crispy and crunchy, served with a flavorful sauce that really enhances it.
Their mixed green salad is superb as well, drenched in what I believe is sesame seed dressing, which pairs perfectly. My favorite roll is the Buddha roll, filled with tempura-fried vegetables that add a delightful crunch, topped with a delicious sauce. For drinks, I love the Darling Nikkei; it’s a refreshing mix of a margarita and a mojito. Overall, this place is a must-visit!"
