"We took our family for Easter Brunch. Azure lost our reservation, misrepresented how much it would cost and where the brunch was going to be held. They put is in a reception room, not the actual restaurant. I had to walk my handicapped father all over the hotel because we were not seated in the restaurant as promised over the phone in advance.
