"I can only give this restaurant a rating of 3 stars, and here's why. We were told to sit wherever we wanted, so we chose our table carefully. However, we were ignored for a solid 20 minutes before we decided to ask someone for assistance. After that conversation, it took another 30 minutes before we could even place our orders. To make matters worse, we watched as customers who arrived after us finished their meals before we even managed to order. This might have been somewhat excusable if the restaurant had been packed, but luckily, the manager, Jimmy, was present. Still, the lack of accountability from the staff was quite disrespectful. Anyone who struggles with attention in the food industry should reconsider their role. On a positive note, the food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. For me, good service can often make up for poor food, but not the other way around. In the end, we didn't pay, but I'm still frustrated by the whole experience."
