"We have been to this restaurant many times and always been very satisfied with everything, but this last visit was a bit disappointing. We had a 6:30 reservation for 6 people and 4 of us arrived a bit early, 6:15. It's hard to gauge traffic in this area of town. The restaurant was not busy at all and there were many empty tables. We checked in and the female receptionist said to wait and let her know when everyone had arrived. We have been here a bit early before and been seated, able to get drinks and apps prior to the entire party arriving. We waited, our entire party arrived and I let the receptionist know. It took a few minutes, then she gave the menus to someone, who walked over to the table, put the menus on the table spots, then returned to her. She then said are you ready? Which is funny because I had already told her we were. I don't know why the other person had to put the menus on the place settings prior to us being taken to the table? She then walked us to our table. Maybe she was having a bad night or something. The food was great as usual, the service was good, but I'm a bit disappointed."
