"We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, which were delicious with no issues. However, when our entrees finally arrived, three out of four meals were incorrect. Two members of our party received different dishes from what they had ordered, and neither had the sides that were listed on the menu. We later learned that the side dish (potatoes) was unavailable for the evening. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare, but it was served well done. I returned it with clear instructions, only for it to come back again overcooked. At that point, we decided to leave for another restaurant.
Throughout this experience, we were shuffled between servers and a supervisor before finally getting to speak with the manager, who was the only person to provide any semblance of customer service. During our meal, we weren't offered any drink refills, and no one checked on our water. Despite sitting in the restaurant for over an hour, we left feeling hungrier than when we arrived. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. I'm not sure if we just encountered a night with all new staff, but the experience was far from enjoyable."
