"We went in for some brunch. Unfortunately the service and food were very disappointing. I had the farmers breakfasts. 2 eggs, sausage, home fries, and toast. And I ordered the bottomless mimosa. Food Service: There 's nothing special about the meal. I thought it would be a somewhat hearty plate but was disappointed to see a big plate with less than a quarter of it full. I wish I was making this up, as I got no more than 1/4 of a cup of home fries. A sausage patty that was smaller than what you would get at McDonald 's, and poached eggs that weren 't poached... But hard boiled. I had to order an extra side of home fries. As for the bottomless mimosa. I only saw my server three times. The first, 20 minutes after we had been seated. The second, 15 minutes later as he brought back water. And lastly, when he took our order. We never got a check in, refill on waters, or asked if we wanted more drinks. So I spent $15 on bottomless mimosas and only ended up getting two (I had to ask another server for a mimosa). The duration of my experience here lasted nearly two hours. Most of which was waiting to be attended and waiting for the check. I tend to be lenient when it comes to dining experiences. One, because I 'm in the food industry myself, and two because no restaurant should be judged off of one experience. I will say, I made a reservation ahead of time and the restaurant itself was not full. If I had not made those observations I wouldn 't have written a review."

"Although the seating was only half full, we experienced a lengthy wait for a server, as well as for our drinks and food. The bar area was crowded and noisy, to the point that I had to lean over to the server's side of the table just to ask a question about the menu because she couldn't hear me. Additionally, the restaurant was quite chilly, prompting the three of us, all wearing coats, to put them on during our meal. On a positive note, the burrata appetizer was remarkable, both in its presentation and flavor. All four beef dishes we ordered were flavorful as well. However, the pork dish was disappointingly small in portion size. My meal also came with the wrong type of potatoes, and although the server promised to bring the correct ones, I had already finished my meal by the time they arrived. Later, a dessert was brought to our table as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience. We enjoyed a bottle of Cabernet, which, despite being ordered by me, was presented to one of the guys at the table when it finally arrived. He kindly informed her that I should be the one to try it first. While she poured a fair amount into three glasses, she never returned to refill them throughout our dinner, leaving us to manage that ourselves. Throughout the evening, no manager appeared to check on us. The server's issues seemed to stem from a lack of training since the restaurant was not too busy when we arrived around 7:15 PM, with just two servers attending to three tables by the time we left around 9:30 PM. Although she was friendly, it was clear that she was still learning the ropes for a restaurant of this caliber. After reviewing the restaurant's website to choose a venue for a birthday celebration, I had high expectations for the evening. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement."
