"I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant! Every time I visit, there’s always something wrong or the food just isn’t good. I also tried ordering through Uber Eats on two separate occasions, and both times they messed up my order. Most recently, I ordered pork chops with tostones, but instead received rice and beans. When I called to let them know about the mistake, the staff member told me that my order was incorrect because I paid $10.99, while the pork chops with tostones are priced at $17. I explained that I ordered through Uber Eats, and if there was a pricing issue, that should be between them and Uber, not me. She then insisted that she couldn't send the tostones, even though that’s what I ordered! It was incredibly frustrating. I told her someone should have called me regarding the mix-up, but of course, no one did. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said no one was available. This place is terrible! It’s unbelievable to think that you can order something and receive whatever they want to send you. I will never order from here again!"
