"I don't even know where to start. I had eaten here a few times a few years ago, and it was decent. But today I had a simple order of two cooked items and a can of pop. Order took forever (almost an hour) to make even though each item shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. I specifically asked for ranch *on the side* because I knew that if it was on the wrap it might get messy in transit. Well not only did they put ranch on the wrap, they packed it on its side/upside down so most of the ranch left the wrap, leaked out of the packaging entirely, and soaked the bottom of the paper bag to the point that it tore open later when I grabbed it. Wrap was almost entirely lettuce and ranch with a few small pieces of questionable chicken. Also completely forgot the soda. I know places have been struggling since the pandemic, and I've been pretty forgiving in most cases, but this just seemed like total ineptitude or negligence. Will never even think about this place again."
