"I want to like this restaurant. I really do. I love one of their dishes, the rice bowl. And the setting is a decent one, even though it is in an upscale mall. But more often than not, I 've been quite let down by the service. Last time for example, I let the hostess know that it was my wife 's birthday. She even double-checked to ask if it was her birthday and I said yes. But then, at the table, absolutely nothing was done to acknowledge or celebrate. The food is fine, if not good. But if you consistently walk way wishing the service were better, you just might walk way... for good."
